Refund policy
To Process a Return:
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets all return requirements. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment, as our site does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as bellecoterie is not responsible for lost return packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to our site. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on bellecoterie’s behalf. After return is accepted, customer will receive notification via email of their bellecoterie store credit amount. If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of the package's original delivery.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Shoes without the original box
- Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with, at the discretion of customer service.
